Adding Value for Our Customers

We’ve been diligent over the past few years, and especially during the past 10 months, at providing our customers with more than great teas at great prices. Sure, they’re the best, but so is a chunk of free knowledge here and a chunk there. This blog has been one source for this knowledge. Our store site Tea Info section has been another. Now we also are posting longer documents on various aspects of tea on a site called Issuu.com. Here’s our page. So far there are only two publications, but many more are planned, so we hope you’ll make it a page you’ll visit regularly.

Our latest publication is our guide to pairing some teas and cheeses. We spent quite a bit of time assembling this information and presenting it for your enjoyment, and we hope you’ll find it useful.

Other topics we’ll be addressing will be things like comparing the various best known Chinese green teas, a guide to Dancong oolongs, and more. If there are topics you’d like to see covered, please let us know so we can address them.

Having also recently enlarged our line-up to include high-quality flavored teas, herbal blends, and blends designed to address various health issues, we’ll also be spotlighting such things as the difference between the various types of flavored/scented teas (a big quality spread there).

Thanks for reading, and don’t miss these new publications. Thanks!
